Description

Synopsis:

Penny, a wheelchair-bound street beggar, moves amongst us in this interactive piece, asking questions, probing, dissecting – in relation to subjects such as wealth, poverty, charity, power, religion, demographics, human nature, etc, etc.  You name it, she challenges it, often in a way that is quite confronting, and yet in a manner that will have you questioning your preconceptions.

One thing, however, is guaranteed.  You’ll think twice before walking straight past the next person you come across on the pavement next to an upturned hat.
