Human Resources (Excerpt)

Synopsis:

Rosco, the founder and CEO of a huge, highly successful HR company, is accused by Zora, one of his staff, of sexual harassment.

Rosco admits that he is naturally a ‘hands-on’ (‘tactile’) sort of person, but strenuously denies the accusation.

Caitlin, head of the company’s own HR department, tries to mediate, but without success, and Zora is more or less forced to resign and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Zora’s mother, Debra, refuses to accept this outcome, and decides to take matters into her own hands.

That’s when things get nasty.

‘Human Resources’ is a whp-smart, nuanced look at sexual politics in the workplace.
