Description

Synopsis:

A stage play with music about the life and times of Margaret Sutherland, the grand dame of Australian classical music.  The play takes us from her early days as a touring pianist right through her battles with the male musical establishment, her marriage to a coercively controlling psychiatrist, Norman Albiston, the breakup of that marriage and her entrance into a same-sex relationship with social activist Constance Duncan.
