Synopsis:
At some time in the not-too-distant future, humanity is on the verge of eliminating disease and, therefore, death. Along with this will come massive overpopulation, massive unemployment and massive civil unrest. As a result, the World Health Organisation (WHO) has been totally revamped in order to ‘curate’ rather than ‘cure’ disease. Its job has been made far easier by the appearance of a new pandemic – not a contagious disease, as it turns out, but one that, in the strangest of ways, results in inexplicable death. The perfect murder.
