Visiting The Iniquity (excerpt)

Synopsis:

Lilly has finally met a man, Adlai, whom she loves and intends to marry.   Some way into their relationship, he reveals that his father, Jack, has been in prison for 18 years for a violent rape.  This sets off a chain of events that starts to make her mistrust Adlai.

Jack becomes eligible for parole and moves in with Lilly and Adlai, temporarily.

This is when, ultimately, things run off the rails, and we see the knock-on effects of generational trauma.
