Description

Synopsis:

Deb runs a trans theatre company putting on a play about the relationship between Hemingway and his trans son.  They received arts funding on the understanding that the playwright, Helen, was trans.

During an interview of Helen, Emma, a theatre critic, becomes suspicious that Helen may not be who she pretends to be.

Emma goes online with her suspicions, and the shit hits the fan.

‘Transgressions’ explores the notion of identity and its place in the assessment of artistic expression.
