Synopsis:
A twenty-first century deconstruction of the Arthur Miller classic, wrapped around a car yard.
It is an hour and twenty minutes before closing.
Chase needs to make one more sale in order to win the Tagashi Medal for selling a thousand Hondas in a calendar year.
It’s raining.
Nothing’s happening.
Jeff and Grace show up.
Their marriage has outstayed its welcome. The last thing Grace needs is for Jeff to buy a sports coupe.
On an average day, Chase would save his breath. But this is no average day. He cannot let the pair leave the showroom without making a sale.
Everything is up for grabs.
Though madly in love with Chase, Chanteuse (aftermarket sales) doesn’t believe he can swing it.
Beneath the slick, dangerously slippery surface of this top-gear chase lies the unsettling ethos that underpins what is essentially a male world, stripped frighteningly bare.
