Synopsis:

Regina Malkovich, the ruthless head of HR at General Aeronautics, summons Tommy Hobbes, a mid-level employee, to a meeting in order to justify his continued employment.  Hers is a position of uncompromising pragmatism – his of shared humanity.

A gripping two-hander in which ethics comes up against the hard place of reality.
