Synopsis:
An elderly Henry Kissinger is being interviewed by a journalist, Nancy Flanagan, in relation to his backing of the notorious Elizabeth Holmes, the founder of Theranos.
We flash between the interview, his interactions with Holmes and some of the monumental decisions he reached together with Richard Nixon as the latter’s Secretary of State.
A deeply-researched, profoundly unsettling use of blood as a metaphor in the life of one Henry Kissinger.
