Food Fight (excerpt)

Synopsis:

Quan runs a food franchise in an impoverished part of town.  Because he is inclined towards charitable acts, the profit margin is very small.  So small, in fact, that head office is looking at closing down his franchise.  He has recently taken on Shayla, a young woman with a very difficult past, who has struggled to make a life for herself.

The outlet continues to struggle financially, and Preet (State Manager) and Kirsten (State Deputy Manager) come to inform Quan.  Shayla, along with the local community, decides to fight the closure.
