Description

Synopsis:

Domino’s is a busy café in the CBD.

Its clientele is diverse.

Whilst we are acquainting ourselves with the lives and concerns of its occupants, into Domino’s walks JAKE, unheralded.

He asks a few questions of the staff and then, without ceremony, seals off the café and takes its occupants hostage.

During the siege that ensues, he attempts to divide the various groups in the café and set them against one another in what becomes a dire fight for survival.

For reasons that are later revealed, he sees it as his task – indeed, his destiny – to lay bare the gaping cracks in a society that he believes has lost its way.

One by one, each of the occupants must give an account of themselves.

The question is:  In the end, who will survive?
