Ebenezer and Florence are nursing home residents. Flo has lost the will to live, and wishes to cease her medications. Eb offers to take them instead, cherry-picking those he thinks might boost his virility and hiding the others inside of a cube of Swiss cheese.
Flo is perplexed by Eb’s desire to keep living, and he reveals to her that one of the personal care assistants, Ann, has been providing him with regular hand-jobs, in return for which he passes on boxes of chocolates that his daughter has gifted to him.
Eb’s daughter, Fanny, finds out about this arrangement and lodges a formal complaint.
Ann is summarily dismissed and Flo decides to take what she sees as the only action open to her.
